A: Yes, sample is free of charge. You just need to cover the express fee.

Q2. What about the lead time?
A: Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 20-30 days for order quantity more than 5000pcs

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit?
A: MOQ is 5000pcs, but small quantity is also possible if the item is in stock.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually send samples by express, such as DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes around 5 days to arrive. For orders, we take airline or sea shipping.
